Easy Returns & Exchanges
If an item is lost, stolen or damaged during shipment, A Spotted Giraffe, LLC will file the claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf. To be eligible, customers must notify us within 5 days of the marked delivery date. Claims reported after this time frame may not be eligible for replacement or refund. We will assist you throughout the process and provide next steps once the claim is submitted. If the item is stolen, you will be required to file a police report as it is a felony. We will need the police report to provide to our shipping carrier to make the claim.
If a refund is issued, the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each order is made especially for you! Please carefully review all personalization details - including spelling, names, dates, and punctuation - before submitting your order. We do not make corrections after your order is placed. If you catch your mistake before we process the order, we can cancel your order and you can place a new one with the correct information.
Once an order has been sent to production, cancellations are not accepted. Orders typically enter production within 24 to 48 hours of purchase.
Delivery times are not guaranteed, as they are controlled by the shipping carrier. Refunds will not be issued for items that do not arrive by a specific date.
